What does EDGE stand for?

The name EDGE stands for Education, Driving, Groups, Employment- which sums up all the awesome programs we run!

How are your programs funded?

As registered NDIS service providers all our programs can be funded from an NDIS plan. Meet with a staff member and we will create an EDGE program that suits your interests, schedule and funding allocations.

What are we about?

EDGE is all about helping you build your independence while making new friends and hanging out. Our range of programs can help you out in all aspects of your life whether you're looking to get a job, want to get a drivers licence, learning to live alone, building social skills and focusing on hobbies like art and building.

How does the NDIS claim process work?

Claims will be made by EDGE on a regular basis and participants will be given claim updates to ensure they understand what’s been used in their NDIS plan so far!

How do I claim EDGE programs through my NDIS funding?

Claims will be made on a weekly basis for participants, with regular receipt’s sent to participants to keep up to date with what’s been paid. If you are self / plan managed an invoice will be sent weekly for payment, unless other arrangements have been made.

What is the cancellation policy?

As per our NDIS service agreement a participant must give at least 24 hours notice if they cannot make a session.

Withdrawing from the program? We would need at least 2 weeks notice if finishing up in any of our programs.

Our staff strive to make sure our service is up to scratch. If you have any feedback please contact us.

How long do the programs go for?

Most of our programs run over 26 weeks. Participants sign up for the entire 26 week period, check out our cancellation policy for info on how to finish up earlier if necessary.
