The EDGE Experience
At EDGE Community Services, we are dedicated to providing personalised support that promotes freedom, choice, independence and meaningful participation. Our range of flexible services is designed to support each participant to achieve their goals, develop new skills and engage confidently within their community.
Our NDIS services include Centre-Based Programs, Short-term Accommodation & Community engagement, with a wide range of activities available, allowing participants to choose activities that reflect their interests and goals. We also provide Emergency Respite & 1:1 community based support.
Additionally, EDGE provides 1:1 community support to TAC clients and support to eligible individuals through the Aged Care – Support at Home Program. Our flexible and personalised approach ensures each person receives the right level of support to meet their individual needs, build independence and remain connected within their community.
At EDGE, we work alongside individuals and their families to create positive experiences, promote independence and support meaningful participation in everyday life.

NDIS Werribee Day Program
At our Werribee Centre, our program is tailored to deliver a dynamic and interactive experience for everyone involved.
Our activities span a wide spectrum, including culinary workshops, pottery and sculpture projects, musical and karaoke sessions, and engaging fitness and sports activities. There's always something new and exciting to discover!
This is your chance to meet new friends, learn a variety of new skills, become an active part of the Werribee community, reach your personal goals, and most importantly, enjoy every moment of fun and excitement!
NDIS Geelong Day Program
Our Centre-Based program in Geelong is designed to offer a vibrant and engaging experience for all our participants.
We provide a diverse range of activities, from our hands-on cooking classes and creative arts and crafts sessions to lively dance workshops and gardening projects. We also organize exciting excursions and community outings, plus much more!
This is your perfect opportunity to build new friendships, acquire new skills, connect with the Geelong community, achieve personal goals, and, most importantly, have an amazing time filled with fun and laughter!
Short Term Accommodation
EDGE's Beach house & Farm property are available for NDIS participants who require respite and enjoy a short, relaxing break in coastal or country Victoria.
With thrilling activities such as Alpaca Encounters, Archery, Camp Fire Songs, Bush Walking, swimming at Stingray Bay, Gourmet Food Trail and so much more! Our Beach and Farm Stays are designed to feel like your home away from home.
EDGE Community Services also offers emergency respite support, providing flexible and responsive assistance when unexpected circumstances arise. Our experienced team can support participants during times when their usual supports are unavailable, helping provide peace of mind for participants and their families when they need it most.
1:1 Community Based Support
EDGE 1:1 Community-Based Support provides personalised, dedicated assistance to help people with disabilities and older adults confidently engage in everyday life. Our support is tailored to each individual’s needs, interests and goals, whether that’s accessing the community, attending appointments, developing life skills, enjoying social activities or building greater independence.
At EDGE, we work alongside each person to provide the right level of support while encouraging choice, confidence and independence every step of the way.
Aged Care - Support at Home Program
EDGE Community Services now offer Aged Care Support at Home, providing personalised support to help older Australians remain independent, comfortable and connected within their own homes and communities.
Our friendly and experienced team can provide support tailored to individual needs, including assistance with everyday tasks, personal care, social and community participation, and maintaining independence at home.
